Flight and stranding of a different kind
A combination of full moon, high tide and battering onshore winds have proved too much for this exhausted leg, now stranded above the high water mark. Not a pretty sight, but an inevitable ending and beginning in the cycle of life. Jellyfish provided as usual for scale.
